Jason Early

Mr. Rokas Tamosiunas serves as a Partner at Open Circle Capital. He is also an Angel Investor. Serial entrepreneur, early-stage investor, and strategic execution hustler. Rokas has built and sold two of his own business; have been part of investing in 30 technology startups and consequently participated in nearly 100 early-stage transactions. Previously, Rokas has founded and/or managed several acceleration programs in the Baltic, including StartupHighway and Barclays Fintech Accelerator program in Vilnius. Rokas is a frequent speaker at events throughout Europe and beyond, a mentor to many startup companies participates on several boards of startups, and has is an active member of the innovation community in the Baltic region. He has been named in Top 10 in innovation in Lithuania (2015), in Top 3 investors in Lithuania (2011), and in Top 30 Under 30 in Nordic (2014), and has been awarded the Lithuanian business partnership award (2011). Rokas holds BSc. and MSc. degrees from Vilnius University, as well as further certificates from Cambridge Judge Business School.
