Neil Tolaney

Mr. Rick Hernandez serves as Chief Executive Officer at Spark Health. He served as Board Member at Trilliant Health. He serves as Advisor at Yardz. He is also an Angel Investor. He is an entrepreneur, investor and business executive with a history of success in building and advising software, technology, and SaaS companies. After multiple successful exits, Mr. Hernandez currently works with the founders and investors of early to mid-stage high growth companies, building the processes, systems, and structure required for scale. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors for several Southern California startups, and two Midwest-based healthcare technology companies. Mr. Hernandez is an active investor in the San Diego Tech Coast Angels, and a mentor/advisor for various companies in the San Diego area.
